Refund and Returns Policy
At Jazafixmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our refund and returns policy explains your options and the process to request a return or refund.
1. Returns Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- Be in the original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The product shows obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Returns made after 30 days
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds:

- Contact your credit card company
- Then contact your bank

4. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was sent to you from the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver directly.
7. Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
